What it covers

What commercial construction covers

We run the whole job. The permit set through plan check, the site and the shell, the trades, the interior, and the inspections at the end. One company accountable for the date.

The casework is ours as well, built in our own shop while the building closes in, so the finish work is not waiting on a supplier.

FAQ

Common questions about commercial work

How long does a tenant improvement take?

The build is the predictable half. Plan check is not, and it runs differently in every jurisdiction in the county. We walk the space and give you a schedule you can hand to a landlord.

Can we stay open while you work?

Often, yes. We phase the work and do the loud stages outside your hours where the lease allows it. If a stage means closing for a few days, we tell you upfront.

Do you handle drawings and plan check?

Yes, including the corrections that come back. If you already have an architect or designer, we build to their set.

Do you do electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection?

We coordinate those trades and hold them to the schedule. Licensed trade contractors do the work, so you are not managing separate companies.
