What it covers

What site work and structure covers

This is the part of a build that ends up hidden. The lot is prepared and excavated, the foundation goes in, and the frame goes up and gets closed in. By the time you are choosing finishes, all of it is covered.

It is also the part everything else depends on. A foundation that moves or a wall that is out of plumb shows up later in the rooms you do look at.

The company started in hardwood flooring and finish carpentry and grew outward from there. The framing behind your walls gets the same attention as the trim you will actually look at.

Planning and permitting are part of the job, and we work alongside your architect or designer if you already have one.

What is included

The full scope, in build order

Site work and structure are the first two stages of a build, ground and then frame. The shop and finish stages follow.

Site preparation and excavation

The lot readied and dug out for the foundation.

Foundations and concrete work

Done properly, so nothing shifts, leaks, or has to be opened back up later.

Structural framing

Floors, walls, and roof framed, so you can finally walk the real rooms.

Roofing and exterior finishes

The roof and exterior go on, and your house is closed in and dry.

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination

Coordinated as part of the build and performed by licensed trade contractors, so you are not managing separate companies yourself.
