What the job covered
A new house is every trade in order, and each one has to hand the next a clean start. What happens at framing decides how the finish sits, and the parts nobody will ever look at again are the parts that keep the doors swinging true in ten years.
The photographs below run the whole house. The great room and the kitchen, the fireplace wall, the hallways, the bedrooms and the dressing rooms. Then outside to the entry, the paths and the deck.
One contractor answered for the permits, the trades and the sign-off, from the dirt to the door knobs.
