How a build runs
The four stages of a build
Most builders show you the finished room and ask you to trust the rest. You get to see the whole arc of your project, because one company carries it from the dirt to the door knobs.
Our process
Ground
Site prep, excavation, and concrete. You will never see it again, which is exactly why it has to be right.
Frame
Framing, roofing, and exterior. Your house gets closed in and dry, and you can finally walk the real rooms.
Shop
Your cabinets, doors, stairs, and railings are being built while the house closes in, so nothing waits on a supplier.
Finish
Floors, trim, and hardware. Then a walkthrough with you, and a list of anything you want changed before we leave.

Common questions
What does a project usually start with?
A walk of the property. We look at what is there, what the site will support, and what you are hoping for, then tell you honestly what it takes. That visit costs nothing.
Do you handle permits and drawings?
Yes. Planning and permitting are part of the job, and we work alongside your architect or designer if you already have one.
Do you do electrical, plumbing, and HVAC?
We coordinate those trades as part of the build, scheduling them and holding them to the project timeline, so you are not managing separate contractors yourself.
Can we live in the house during a remodel?
Usually. We sequence the work and contain the dust so the parts you rely on stay usable. We will tell you upfront if a stage means moving out for a while.
Do you really build the cabinets and railings yourselves?
Yes. Cabinets, doors, stairs, and metal railings are fabricated for the job. It is where the company started and it is still the reason people call.
